We need ONE detail-obsessed Virtual Assistant for our D2C E-commerce brand.

• THE OPPORTUNITY:

Position: Data Entry VA (Spreadsheet / Reporting Support)
Commitment: Long-term partnership (not one-off freelance)
Compensation: $70/month for ~30 min/day, with a clear path to more hours and higher pay
Location: 100% Remote & Flexible
Hours: 30 minutes per day, 7 days/week (do it whenever fits your schedule)

Your Growth Path:

Month 1-2: Daily data entry (30 min/day) → $70/month
Next step: Expanded VA responsibilities with significantly more hours, and pay that scales with them
Long-term: Core team member with real ownership over a function

• THE MISSION:

Clean data is the foundation of every decision we make. Every number you enter feeds directly into how we spend, what we launch, and how fast we grow. Small task, real impact.

• WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (BE HONEST, WE'LL VERIFY)

MUST-HAVE:

Basic Excel / Google Sheets proficiency (copy, paste, filter, format)
Absolute consistency: you show up 7 days a week, every week
Stable internet and a computer (not phone-only)
Attention to detail, you double-check before you submit

STRONG PREFERENCE:

Previous VA, admin, or back-office experience
Familiarity with Shopify/Funnelish or e-commerce dashboards
Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly
Availability to expand hours within 2-3 months
