Amazon UK Product Sourcing Virtual Assistant (Keepa & SellerAmp SAS)

About Us

We are an Amazon UK FBA business looking for an experienced Product Sourcing Virtual Assistant to help us find profitable Online Arbitrage (OA) opportunities.

This role is 100% focused on product sourcing. You will not be responsible for customer service, listings, PPC, inventory management or account management.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented and experienced in using SellerAmp SAS and Keepa to find profitable products.

Responsibilities

• Source profitable products for Amazon UK FBA.
• Analyse products using SellerAmp SAS and Keepa.
• Source from legitimate UK retailers, pharmacies, wholesalers and specialist online stores.
• Look for unique sourcing opportunities, not just the most common retail websites.
• Calculate profit, ROI and Amazon fees accurately.
• Ensure the product matches the correct Amazon listing.
• Record qualified leads in Google Sheets.
• Communicate clearly and professionally.

• Previous experience sourcing products for Amazon UK FBA.
• Strong knowledge of SellerAmp SAS.
• Strong knowledge of Keepa.
• Good understanding of Amazon FBA fees and profitability.
• Excellent product matching skills.
• Experience using Google Sheets.
• Good written English.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Strong attention to detail.

The successful candidate will first complete a 2-week paid trial. During this period we will assess:

• Profit and ROI calculations.
• Knowledge of SellerAmp SAS and Keepa.

If the trial is successful, you will continue in the role under a 4-week probation period.

Performance reviews will take place at the end of the probation period and then every 4 weeks thereafter.
