SMM & Account Manager – Reddit/Quora | Long-Term Remote

We’re looking for reliable people for a long-term remote role focused on SMM, content, and account management across multiple online platforms.

You’ll start by managing around 3 accounts, with the possibility of handling 7–10 accounts over time.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organically grow multiple accounts
• Maintain a natural, human tone across different profiles
• Create, edit, schedule, and maintain consistent posts
• Manage Reddit and Quora activity
• Research relevant communities, topics, keywords, and competitors
• Follow content plans and direction from the content lead
• Monitor account activity and keep organized records
• Assist with occasional content or admin tasks when needed
• Communicate consistently through Slack and Telegram

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in SMM, community management, Reddit, Quora, or account management
• Existing Reddit accounts with history and karma are strongly preferred
• Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
• Basic understanding of SEO, AEO/GEO, keyword research, or topic research
• Reliable, responsive, organized, and able to work independently
• Comfortable with high-volume, deadline-based work
• Strong English communication
• Interested in a genuinely long-term position
• Full-time preferred, but strong part-time applicants may also be considered

Important

There will be a strict trial period before moving into a long-term arrangement. We follow this process because we have previously experienced people misrepresenting their skills or disappearing after being hired. Reliability, consistency, and actual skills need to be demonstrated first.

This is a confidential project. Shortlisted candidates must be comfortable signing a strict NDA and completing identity verification at the contract stage.

15. Are you comfortable signing an NDA and completing identity verification if shortlisted?
