Content Manager & Assistant – SEO + Frontend Knowledge | Long-Term Remote

We’re looking for a highly reliable and technically capable Content Manager & Assistant for a long-term remote position.

This is not purely a content-writing role. You’ll help manage content across multiple projects while also assisting with websites, research, SEO, and occasional technical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize content across multiple projects
• Coordinate content schedules, deadlines, and publishing
• Review, edit, proofread, and quality-check content
• Conduct competitor, keyword, topic, and content research
• Assist with SEO and website optimization
• Make basic frontend website updates and fixes when needed
• Work with website builders/CMS platforms
• Check pages for formatting, links, layout, and basic technical issues
• Assist with AEO/GEO-related content and research
• Coordinate with writers, designers, developers, and other team members
• Keep files, links, tasks, and project information organized
• Handle occasional administrative or research tasks
• Communicate consistently through Slack and Telegram

Required Skills

• Strong content management and organizational skills
• Good written English and attention to detail
• Practical understanding of SEO
• Basic frontend/web knowledge
• Comfortable editing and updating websites
• Familiarity with CMS or website-building platforms
• Keyword, competitor, and topic research
• Ability to learn new tools quickly
• Strong communication and responsiveness
• Able to manage several projects and deadlines independently

Knowledge of AEO, GEO, AI search visibility, HTML/CSS, analytics, or technical SEO is a strong advantage.

Trial & Long-Term Opportunity

This position includes a strict paid trial period so we can evaluate your actual skills, reliability, communication, and ability to execute independently.

Candidates who successfully pass the trial may move into a long-term position with compensation around PHP 20,000–30,000+ per month, depending on skills, performance, responsibilities, and reliability.

We are looking for someone who wants to stay and grow with the team long-term.
