AEO/GEO Technical SEO Specialist | Long-Term Remote

We are looking for a highly skilled AEO/GEO & Technical SEO Specialist for a long-term internal project.

This is a technical role, not a general content-writing position. You will work closely with the team on improving websites for traditional search engines as well as AI-powered search and answer engines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical SEO audits and identify priority issues
• Improve crawlability, indexation, site architecture, and internal linking
• Review canonical tags, redirects, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and indexing issues
• Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and website performance
• Implement and validate structured data / ---------- markup
• Conduct keyword, entity, competitor, and search-intent research
• Develop and execute AEO/GEO strategies
• Improve content structure for answer engines and AI retrieval
• Research AI visibility and brand/entity presence across search platforms
• Identify retrieval and content gaps
• Assist with basic frontend and website fixes when required
• Work with content and development teams to implement technical recommendations
• Document findings, priorities, implementations, and results

Required Skills

• Strong Technical SEO experience
• Practical AEO/GEO knowledge
• SEO auditing and implementation
• Structured data / JSON-LD
• Crawlability and indexation
• Website architecture and internal linking
• Keyword, entity, and competitor research
• Google Search Console and SEO tools
• Basic frontend knowledge, including HTML/CSS
• Ability to identify and help fix website issues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written English and communication

Experience with AI search visibility, LLM-related optimization, JavaScript SEO, APIs, analytics, or website development is a strong advantage.

This role includes a strict paid trial period to verify technical ability, reliability, communication, and execution before moving forward with a long-term arrangement.
