Interior Designer for Whole Lake front Home Renovations

I am looking for a talented interior designer to help redesign and renovate my lakefront home in New York, USA.
The architectural plans for the renovation have already been developed. I am not looking for an architect or simply someone who creates 3D renderings. I need a designer with an exceptional design eye who can create a cohesive vision for the entire home and then help me select the actual materials, finishes, fixtures, furniture, and products needed to execute that vision.
Design Direction
I will attach inspiration photos showing the overall feeling and quality I love.
I am looking for a home that feels:
Warm, modern, and sophisticated
High-end but comfortable
Natural and timeless rather than trendy
Appropriate for a beautiful lakefront setting
Similar in feeling to a luxury boutique hotel or resort
Rich in natural wood, stone, texture, and warm neutral colors
Contemporary and clean without feeling cold or sterile
Beautifully lit with layered architectural and decorative lighting
I do not want someone to simply copy my inspiration photos. I want a designer who can look at my house, architectural plans, lake setting, and inspiration images and bring their own creative vision and ideas to the project.
Scope of Work
I would like help designing and specifying the finishes and furnishings throughout the home, including:
Flooring
Tile and natural stone
Kitchen design and finish selections
Cabinetry colors and finishes
Countertops
Bathroom design and finishes
Plumbing fixtures
Lighting and decorative fixtures
Paint colors and wall finishes
Interior doors and hardware
Furniture
Rugs
Window treatments
Art and accessories
Exterior finish/design recommendations where appropriate
I also want 3D renderings or realistic visualizations of the major spaces so I can see the design before purchasing materials and beginning installation.
The final design package should include organized material and FF&E specifications, product names, dimensions, colors/finishes, and purchasing links whenever possible so my contractor and I know exactly what to order.
