Marketing Assistant - Meta Ads & Marketing Operations (DTC Health & Wellness)

Remote | Full-Time | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM CET (1-hour break)

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Marketing Operations Assistant to support our marketing operations and help execute growth initiatives for our eCommerce brand.

This role is similar to an Executive Assistant, but focused on marketing. You will work closely with the founder and marketing team, taking ownership of various marketing-related tasks, helping execute projects, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

This is not a pure Meta Ads Strategist role. We are not looking for someone to build complex strategies from scratch, but we do need someone who understands Meta Ads end-to-end and can confidently manage the operational side of paid advertising.

Responsibilities:
-Launch and manage Meta Ads campaigns based on existing strategies
-Set up campaigns, ad sets, and ads in Meta Ads Manager
-Monitor ads, identify performance issues, and create reports
-Track key metrics and communicate insights
-Support creator outreach and UGC sourcing
-Assist with marketing research, creative coordination, and campaign tasks
-Manage marketing trackers, documents, and other operational tasks
-Handle various marketing projects assigned by the founder

Requirements:
-Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup, monitoring, reporting)
-Understanding of key ad metrics (CPA, CTR, CPM, ROAS, etc.)
-Experience with eCommerce/DTC brands is a plus
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Fast executor with strong attention to detail
-Ability to work independently and take ownership
