: Canva Designer + Systeme.io Funnel VA — Digital Product Launch (1–2 Week Turnaround)

Part-Time / Project-Based | Potential for Ongoing Work

I am looking for a talented, detail-oriented digital marketing VA/designer to help me finish and launch an educational digital product for parents — urgently, within the next 1–2 weeks.

The primary product — a comprehensive Tonsil & Adenoid Recovery Roadmap for parents — is already written and mostly designed. I am NOT looking for someone to start this project from scratch. I need someone who is excellent at taking an established project, polishing it, and getting all of the pieces across the finish line fast.

Timeline: This needs to be complete within 1–2 weeks of hire. Please only apply if you have the bandwidth to prioritize this project during that window.

Scope note: All copy, content, and health information is already written and approved — you are not creating anything from scratch. This is primarily execution and polish: formatting an existing guide into a clean PDF, building out a funnel in Systeme.io with provided copy, and producing Pinterest graphics from existing content/direction. For someone experienced with these tools, this should move quickly.

Initial Project
You will help:

Complete and polish an existing digital guide/workbook in Canva
Ensure the finished PDF is professional, visually consistent, easy to navigate, and mobile-friendly
Organize and format printable worksheets/trackers
Build and/or finish a sales page in Systeme.io
Create opt-in/landing pages
Set up digital product delivery and basic email automations in Systeme.io
Create a simple lead magnet from content/direction provided
Format and publish blog posts
Create approximately 20 Pinterest graphics/pins in Canva
Link Pinterest content strategically to blog posts, lead magnets, and sales pages
Help organize the overall digital product funnel

Most copy and content will be provided. I need someone who can take that direction and turn it into polished, professional assets without requiring constant supervision.

Skills I'm Looking For

Required:

Strong Canva design skills
Excellent visual judgment and attention to detail
Experience creating digital products, ebooks, guides, or workbooks
Experience building landing pages or sales funnels
Strong written English and ability to catch formatting/grammar issues
Ability to follow an existing brand style
Reliable communication, with some working-hour overlap with US Central time
Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions
Able to work independently once direction is provided

Strongly Preferred:

Systeme.io experience
Pinterest marketing/design experience
Basic SEO/blog formatting knowledge
Experience with email marketing funnels
Experience launching digital products

You do NOT need medical expertise. All health-related content and final copy will be provided and approved by me.

Rate & Hours

Budget is in the $5–6/hr range. I'm not certain yet how many hours this will take to complete — I'd rather find the right person and move quickly together than lock in a rigid hour estimate upfront. Please tell me your available hours per week and we'll scope it out once we start.

What I'm NOT Looking For

I am not looking for someone who simply makes attractive Canva graphics. I need someone who understands how the pieces of an online digital product business work together — product, sales page, lead magnet, email funnel, blog content, and Pinterest — and can help implement those pieces.
