Real Estate Wholesaling Lead Generation & Research VA — Austin, TX

I am a real estate investor/wholesaler focused on finding off-market investment properties in the Austin, TX market.

I am looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help me identify and research motivated property owners.

This is a long-term position for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Research potential motivated seller leads in Austin-area ZIP codes
• Find absentee owners, vacant properties, high-equity owners, long-term owners, tax-delinquent properties, code violations, expired listings and other potential motivated sellers
• Research property and ownership information
• Verify and organize owner contact information
• Research basic property information and comparable sales
• Build and maintain lead lists in Google Sheets/CRM
• Remove duplicate records
• Categorize leads based on motivation type
• Keep accurate notes and sources for every lead
• Perform additional real estate research as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong written English
• Good internet connection
• Comfortable researching public property information online
• Strong Google Sheets/Excel skills
• Able to follow detailed instructions
• Reliable and consistent
• Real estate experience is preferred but NOT required
• Experience with real estate wholesaling is a major plus

Hours

20 hours per week to start.

Monday–Friday.

Some overlap with U.S. Central Time business hours is preferred.

Compensation

Starting at $5/hour.

Opportunity for increased compensation based on performance and reliability.

Important

I am NOT looking for someone who simply wants to complete tasks quickly.

Accuracy is extremely important.

I would rather receive 50 highly accurate leads than 200 inaccurate records.
