Cold caller

Looking for a real estate cold caller, with MINIMUM 4 YEARS EXPERIENCE!!!

If you don't have 4 years experience, your application will not be considered. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR OUR TIME IF YOU ARE NOT QUALIFIED.

Key Responsibilities:
Make 200–300 outbound calls per day using provided call lists and dialer system

Engage property owners in conversation to determine their interest in selling

Use a provided script while adapting to each conversation naturally

Prequalify leads based on property condition, motivation, and timeline

Accurately input call notes and lead information into our CRM

Follow up with interested leads as needed

Work closely with acquisitions manager to transfer warm and hot leads

Qualifications:
4+ year experience in cold calling for real estate sales MANDATORY

Excellent communication and persuasion skills

Strong English fluency

Comfortable handling objections and maintaining a professional tone.

Familiarity with real estate terminology or willingness to learn quickly.

Ability to work independently and meet daily call quotas.
