Short form reels and Tik Tok video editor

The work

I run a content marketing agency with multiple clients in the nightlife space and film raw footage on the night posting 3-4 high quality reels/ tiktoks per venue. I need raw footage turned into 3-4 finished, platform-ready short-form videos (vertical, 9:16) each week.

Style

Fun, high-energy short-form content with some interview/talking-segment clips mixed in — think playful on-screen text, quick cuts, trend-aware pacing. I'll share example reels for reference once we're talking.

Workflow

1. I send raw footage via shared drive link after each event
2. You edit into finished vertical videos — cuts, captions, music, hook in the first 2 seconds. I will always provide editing instructions and references.
3. Finished videos come back within an agreed turnaround (a few days is fine)
4. I review and approve or send quick revision notes

What I need from you

• Solid short-form editing, hook-driven pacing, burned-in captions, clean cuts
• Comfortable working from raw, unscripted footage
• CapCut or the TikTok app editor is totally fine no need for Premiere/DaVinci
• Reliable weekly turnaround
• Good communication in English
