Short Form Video Editor-Tiktok/Reels

Im looking for an editor who will be able to edit my content daily and is able to follow my specific content guidelines, and is able to work everyday on a consistent basis
prior experience editing short form content utilizing capcut is STRONGLY preferred. I need someone who understands pacing, zooms, keynotes, B- roll, sound effects, and other forms of content editing.

I create content daily and at a high volume, so I nm looking for someone to potentially become a long term partner.
