About the Role

About Us

We run AI-powered Instagram DM setters for 30+ online coaches with 20 full-time employees. The bots run through ManyChat, connect to n8n, and book sales calls automatically — no human setter involved. Every client we have came through a referral. The system works. We are bringing in someone who lives and breathes prompt engineering to make the conversations sharper and the booking rates higher.

---

Compensation

$10–$15/hr depending on experience.
20+ hours per week. Long-term ongoing role — not a one-off project.
Hours are verified via screen recording software. We value trust and transparency, and we set that expectation from day one.

---

Schedule and Availability

Async-first. You manage your own time with enough overlap to collaborate on results and strategy.

---

What You Will Own

Prompt engineering: own every word the AI says — write, test, and iterate on conversation flows that build trust, handle objections, qualify leads, and book calls naturally

Conversion optimisation: study where conversations drop off, go cold, or fail to convert, and rewrite the prompts until the numbers move

Objection handling: script the AI to handle price, time, and fit objections without losing the lead — language that feels human, not scripted

A/B testing: run structured prompt experiments across clients, track what changes booking rates, and document what works

Tone and voice: each client has a different personality — you adapt the bot's language to match their brand while keeping the sales framework intact
You Are a Fit If

You have written prompts for AI chatbots where the goal was to book calls or generate sales — not customer support, not FAQs

You understand how sales conversations work — what builds trust, what triggers objections, and what language moves someone from cold to booked

You have tested and iterated on prompts based on real results — not just written them and moved on

You can work with Claude, GPT, or similar LLMs at a deep level — you know how system prompts, context, and instruction structure affect output

You are detail-obsessed — a single word change in a prompt can tank a booking rate and you know it

You are comfortable with screen-recorded hours tracking — we need honesty and transparency from the start

You want to grow long-term, not just pick up a one-off project

To Apply

Send us:

A Loom walking through a sales chatbot prompt you have written — show the actual conversation flow, explain the decisions behind the language, and share any results (bookings, reply rates, conversion data).

A bot is getting replies but nobody is booking calls. Walk us through exactly how you would diagnose the prompt and what you would change first.

Write a short example prompt (3-5 lines) for how the AI should respond when a lead says "I need to think about it."

What is the biggest mistake people make when writing prompts for sales chatbots?

---

If you have only written prompts for customer support or general-purpose assistants, this role is not for you. If you are looking for a short-term contract, this role is not for you.
