About the Role

Applicants will not be considered without the following: Rewrite all the copy for this email :
This is a real email from a real account. We've stripped the design so you're writing copy, not guessing at layout.

The brand. NuWave Botanicals, an online kratom retailer. Reference their voice here: ----------

The reader. Someone who signed up in the last week and hasn't bought yet. They've had two email s already: a welcome with the discount code, and one introducing the product range. They are shopping around. Most kratom sites look identical to them and many look sketchy.

The job of this email . Answer "why buy from NuWave instead of anywhere else." This is a trust email . The discount is the closer, not the argument.

The structure. Write copy for each block in this order:

Headline block. A hook plus a headline setting up NuWave as the one place to get everything. Then a CTA button label.
Selection block. Heading plus 2 to 3 sentences. Raw facts: carries 30+ brands including OPMS, MIT45, Hush, Whole Herbs, Remarkable Herbs, K Tropix, Zion Herbals, Kryptic, and Viva Zen, plus their own EXP and Experience house lines. One cart, one shipment.
Certification block. Heading plus 2 to 3 sentences. Raw facts: the American Kratom Association runs a GMP program that audits vendors against defined manufacturing and quality-control standards. NuWave is qualified under it. Most sites selling kratom are not.
Testing block. Heading plus 2 to 3 sentences. Raw facts: house lines are lab tested. For brands they resell, vendor certificates of analysis are on file and available on request.
Sourcing block. Heading plus 2 to 3 sentences. Raw facts: house lines come from Indonesian farming partners they work with directly, which is how they keep the product consistent year to year.
Two CTA button labels. One to shop, one to see lab results.
Offer block. 20% off, code WELCOME20. Short.

Also write: one subject line, two alternates, and preview text.

Constraint you must respect. Kratom cannot be marketed with health, medical, or effect claims. No language about what it does, how it makes someone feel, or what it helps with. Nothing that implies it treats anything. Write around this, not up against it.

Deliver as a plain doc or email , labeled by block. Copy only, no design notes.

You will write and build the email programs for 3 to 4 brands. Two jobs in one seat: you write the copy, then you build it in Klaviyo and QA it before it goes out (You are not designing just scheduling inside of Klayvio)

Weekly, you will:

Write 25 to 30 campaign email s across your brands/week, from a calendar and brief we provide
Write subject lines and preview text, and build variants for A/B tests
Write and update automated flow copy (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back)
Build every email in Klaviyo using each brand's existing template system
Set audiences, segments, and exclusions correctly on every send
QA before scheduling: render tests, link checks, discount code checks, dynamic content checks
Flag anything that looks wrong before it ships, rather than after

You need

Native or near-native written English, specifically American consumer English
Real experience writing ecommerce or DTC email , with samples of work that shipped
Hands-on Klaviyo experience. You should be able to build a flow with conditional splits without a tutorial
Genuine attention to detail. Most of this job is catching the thing everyone else missed
4+ hours of overlap with US Eastern time

Nice to have

Shopify familiarity
Figma
Experience writing for more than one brand voice at once
