English Speaking A+, Appointment Setter, Follow Ups

I am looking for a motivated and reliable Appointment Setter to help generate appointments for our US based window cleaning, pressure washing, and exterior cleaning services. Part time job, somewhat flexible scheduling with plans to go full time as it gets busier.

Your job will be to call homeowners, follow up with leads, and schedule estimates.

Responsibilities

• Call leads and prospects using provided scripts
• Follow up with previous customers
• Answer basic questions about our services
• Schedule appointments and estimates
• Update lead information in our CRM/Google Sheets
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude on every call

Requirements

• Excellent English speaking skills
• Clear and professional phone voice
• Reliable internet connection
• Quiet work environment
• Comfortable making outbound calls
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Previous appointment setting experience
• Experience with home service companies
• Experience using CRM systems
• Experience with Facebook leads

Compensation
