Virtual Paralegal / Legal Assistant – U.S. Consumer Protection Law & Credit Repair (Immediate Hire)

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Philippine-licensed Attorney with a strong background in U.S. consumer protection law, credit repair, and credit reporting disputes.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience supporting U.S.-based law firms, consumer protection practices, or credit repair companies, with familiarity in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), credit bureau disputes, collection accounts, identity theft cases, and consumer rights violations.

Philippine-licensed attorneys are highly encouraged to apply, particularly those with previous experience working remotely as a virtual paralegal or legal support professional for U.S. law firms in the consumer protection and credit repair industry.

Responsibilities may include reviewing credit reports, preparing dispute-related and legal documentation, conducting legal research, managing case files, assisting with demand letters and complaints, and identifying potential violations of U.S. consumer protection laws.
