I’m an artist, course creator, and entrepreneur looking for an experienced, highly skilled Virtual Assistant to become a reliable part of my business.

You have technical expertise in:
Kajabi: building and improving sales pages, offers, email sequences, automations, products, and course delivery
Creating clear customer pathways for evergreen courses people can buy now and waitlists for live courses
Managing payment systems: integrating Kajabi with Stripe and PayPal, troubleshooting payment and access issues, and following up on failed or late payments
Zoom course support: setting up and helping run live courses, managing recordings, uploading replays and materials into Kajabi, and notifying students
Canva: creating polished graphics for print, course materials, social media, and multi-page documents such as catalogs and line sheets
Website updates: confidently editing and updating websites in Squarespace, Shopify, and WordPress
Google Docs/Drive, Facebook , Instagram, and online business systems

You have 3+ years of hands-on Kajabi experience and are comfortable integrating and troubleshooting the tools above.

You are:
Fluent in written and spoken English
Detail-oriented, reliable, and an excellent communicator
Proactive and able to troubleshoot independently
Comfortable recommending a better solution when you see one
Thorough about testing your work before calling it complete
Organized and able to follow projects through from beginning to end

I’m in Mountain Time (Colorado) and need some consistent overlap with my working hours, plus availability for occasional pre-scheduled live Zoom classes.
