Do you love editing videos that make people stop scrolling? Do you understand how to grow a personal brand online — not just cut clips, but build an audience?

We are AIQ, a content agency that helps professionals grow their personal brand through short-form video. We need a talented editor to join our team.

What You Will Do:

Edit 2 short-form videos per day (Reels, TikTok, Shorts style)
Use creative editing: captions, sound design, pacing, hooks
Help grow real personal brands — not just make videos, but help them get results

Pay: $100 every 2 weeks
Hours: Very flexible — work when it fits your life
Trial: We start with a 2-day paid trial so we can both see if it's a good fit
Team: Join a team of skilled editors and strategists (you won't be alone — we support each other)
