1. JOB OVERVIEW

We're hiring an experienced AI Video Editor to produce short-form AI-generated influencer content in the health and wellness niche.

This is full-time, not a side gig. You'll need to consistently deliver a minimum of 3 high-quality videos per day while keeping editing and storytelling quality high. Pay is $3 per completed video.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Turn provided scripts and concepts into polished, ready-to-publish AI influencer videos
• Generate and edit AI video content
• Maintain strong pacing, storytelling, and visual quality throughout
• Apply feedback and creative direction on revisions
• Hit a consistent daily output of at least 3 completed videos (bare minimum, not a cap)

3. REQUIREMENTS

• Hands-on experience creating AI-generated video content, ideally AI influencer/UGC style
• Proficiency with Veo 3 and CapCut (required)
• Experience producing short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts
• Strong eye for pacing, storytelling, and editing detail
• Health/wellness niche experience preferred
• Fast turnaround without sacrificing quality
• Clear, reliable English communication
• Able to commit to full-time hours and the 3-video/day minimum output

Note: This role is for someone who already has relevant experience, not for learning AI video editing from scratch.

4. PORTFOLIO REQUIREMENT

YOUR PORTFOLIO IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT PARTS OF YOUR APPLICATION.

Send one Google Drive folder with as much relevant AI video work as you have, not just 3-5 samples

It should show: - AI influencer/avatar-style videos similar to the reference content above

Do not send a portfolio filled with unrelated work. If you do not have relevant AI video examples, this position is not the right fit
