Project manager

We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Project Manager who can build and manage our project management system while overseeing client projects involving web design, graphic design, apparel design, and overseas production coordination.

You’ll be responsible for building the workflow first, then managing communication, timelines, client updates, and project organization from start to finish.

Responsibilities
Build and organize our project management and client tracking system.
Build and manage workflows and automations inside Notion and GoHighLevel (GHL).
Manage project timelines, tasks, and deadlines.
Manage clients from onboarding through project completion.
Coordinate with clients, designers, developers, and manufacturers.
Organize files, revisions, approvals, and project updates.
Oversee overseas production, shipping, and vendor communication.
Keep clients updated on where they are in the project process.
Identify potential issues early and proactively keep projects moving forward.
Requirements
Must have experience with Notion, including building systems, workflows, and automations.
Must have experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), including workflows and automations.
Experience building project management systems from scratch.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Able to work independently, take initiative, and follow through.
Reliable, professional, and accountable.
Must be available to work during Pacific Time (California) business hours.
Preferred Experience
Experience with Trello, ManyRequests, Plutio, ClickUp, ---------- , or similar project management and client portal platforms.
Experience with Slack, Shopify, Canva, Google Drive, and other automation tools is a plus.
