Project Overview
We are seeking an experienced Payroll & HRIS Implementation Specialist / Virtual Assistant to assist with a complete transition from Paylocity to QuickBooks Online Workforce Elite.
This is not a basic data-entry position. We need someone with hands-on experience in payroll systems, HRIS implementations, benefits administration, payroll accounting, employee records, time & labor, and system migration.
The successful candidate will help move our current Paylocity processes, employee information, payroll documentation, benefits information, workflows, and operational tasks into QuickBooks Online Workforce Elite, ensuring that everything is properly configured, tested, documented, and fully operational.
Our goal is to have the new system live, accurate, fully tested, and functioning correctly before final go-live.
Required Experience
Minimum 2 years of hands-on payroll/HRIS experience
Experience working with Paylocity
Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Experience with QBO Workforce Elite strongly preferred
Experience implementing or transitioning payroll systems
Experience with payroll accounting and reconciliation
Experience with Time & Labor / timekeeping systems
Experience with employee benefits administration
Experience handling confidential employee and payroll information
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
Strong organizational and project-management skills
Ability to independently identify problems, research solutions, and communicate issues
