Interviews will be held Tuesday Morning Via Zoom Call.
Perform quality takeoffs from architectural plans for cabinets, countertops, flooring, and related interior finishes (linear footage, square footage, unit counts by plan type)
Build and maintain bid workbooks in Excel, including material, labor, freight, and margin buildups
Review plans, specs, addenda, and finish schedules; identify scope gaps and submit RFIs
Request and level supplier and subcontractor pricing, including lead times and availability
Track bid due dates and deliverables, and submit complete, on-time proposals to general contractors
Maintain historical cost data to improve future pricing accuracy
REQUIREMENTS
Familiarity with cabinet and countertop product lines, grades, and installation requirements
High attention to detail and comfort managing multiple bids against firm deadlines
Background in millwork, casework, or flooring installation
