Experienced Sales Virtual Assistant (Cold calling and Closer)

The Client is a home services company in Kansas offering gutter cleaning, house washing, roof cleaning, and window cleaning to residential and commercial customers. We're heading into peak season and need a sales-driven VA to re-engage our list of past customers, keep the schedule full, and free up the owner to focus on estimates and running the business.

This is a sales-first role. You'll be measured on outbound calls and closed bookings, not general admin. If you love picking up the phone, handling objections, and closing the sale, this is for you.

What You'll Do:
Make outbound calls to past customers who haven't booked in a while (target: 30 calls/day, 3 sales/day)
Handle inbound calls, SMS, and email s from customers requesting service or quotes
Feel out one-off vs. recurring service needs and book accordingly
Schedule estimates on the owner's calendar and confirmed jobs in Jobber (typically 1-2 weeks out)
Confirm a 30% deposit before scheduling one-off jobs (exceptions need owner approval)
Reschedule jobs as needed, factoring in service area and travel time
Offer discounts (set by the owner) to secure rebookings when needed
Coordinate with technicians over Slack and give customers heads-up if a crew is running behind
Follow up after job completion to confirm payment method and process final payment
Support Jobber's automated review request flow
General admin across Jobber, Company Cam, and Chirp
Possible future task: assist with payroll calculations in Gusto

What We're Looking For:
Confident, experienced outbound sales caller — comfortable cold-calling a list and asking for the booking
Track record hitting call and sales quotas
Prior experience in home services or cleaning industry strongly preferred
Comfortable with CRM-based scheduling (Jobber experience a plus)
Clear, professional phone and text communication
Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
