Hughes Media is seeking an experienced, proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive B2B outbound campaigns targeting US manufacturing companies. You won't just follow a static script—you will help optimize copy, test messaging frameworks, and run an AI-assisted prospecting pipeline.

Compensation Benchmarks

Base Pay : 5$ + Commission

Schedule: Part time to Full-Time (20-40 hrs/week), overlapping with US business hours (EST/CST).

Key Responsibilities:

List Building & Enrichment: Scrape, clean, and verify lead lists targeting manufacturing executives using Apollo, Clay, and ChatGPT.

2-Step Outbound Campaigns: Deploy permission-based cold email sequences using cold email platforms (Instantly/Smartlead).

Personalized Loom Outreach: Once a prospect opts in, record quick, professional 60–90 second Loom video pitches highlighting clear marketing/website opportunities.

LinkedIn Warm-Up: Perform light social engagement (profile views, targeted connection requests) to boost email open and reply rates.

Pipeline Management: Track reply metrics, protect domain health, and schedule qualified discovery calls for agency executives.

Requirements:

2+ years of outbound SDR or appointment setting experience targeting US B2B markets.

Excellent written English and high confidence speaking on camera for short Loom videos.

Hands-on proficiency with tools like Apollo, Smartlead/Instantly, Clay, Loom, and AI writing assistants.

Strategic mindset with a track record of testing subject lines, call-to-actions, and outreach angles.

Reliable work-from-home setup: 50+ Mbps internet, backup power, and a quiet workspace.
