About the Role

Position Overview
The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for driving candidate attraction through strategic digital sourcing initiatives. This role focuses on recruitment marketing, job board management, social media sourcing, applicant tracking, and campaign analytics to build a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies that align with organizational hiring goals; improving candidate quality, increasing candidate intake, and strengthening talent pipelines.
  • Conduct market intelligence, talent mapping, and competitive research to uncover untapped talent pools.
  • Build long-term talent communities and nurture relationships with passive candidates.
  • Apply recruiting metrics, sourcing analytics, and market trends to guide data-driven sourcing decisions.
  • Continuously refine sourcing workflows to improve efficiency and results.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • ATS and job board experience.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written communication.
  • Google Workspace and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Healthcare staffing experience preferred.
