Junior Online Sales Specialist

Octane Rent is an international car rental company based in Dubai. We’re looking for a Junior Online Sales Specialist to join our friendly, multicultural team and work with customers from all over the world.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries via WhatsApp and other online channels
Help customers choose cars and convert inquiries into bookings
Provide information about prices, rental terms and additional services
Follow up with customers
Keep deals and customer information updated in CRM

Requirements:

Fluent written and spoken English — mandatory
Previous sales experience
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of cars — you should at least know the difference between a Lamborghini Urus and a BMW X6
Interest in cars is a plus
Fast learner, responsible and comfortable working online

Working conditions:

100% remote
2 days on / 2 days off
12-hour shifts, average 42 hours per week
Stable flow of incoming leads
Training and onboarding provided
Friendly international team
You need your own computer or laptop and a stable high-speed internet connection
Quiet and comfortable place to work during your shift

This is a junior position — we don’t expect years of experience. We’re looking for someone who can communicate, sell, learn fast and preferably actually likes cars.
