AI Automation Builder

Principal Acres is a U.S.-based land acquisition and development company focused on acquiring and developing vacant land across the country.
We are looking for someone whose primary focus will be AI, workflow automation, and operational efficiency across the business.
This role is for someone who spends their time thinking about how AI and automation can improve workflows, eliminate repetitive tasks, increase speed, and help a business operate smarter.
You will work directly with leadership to identify operational bottlenecks, build automations, connect systems, and continuously implement better ways of doing things across acquisitions, lead management, research, reporting, communication, data capturing and internal operations.
This is a hands-on builder role for someone who genuinely enjoys automation, AI tools, problem-solving, and figuring things out.
Requirements

• Experience with n8n, Zapier, ---------- , or similar automation platforms
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, OpenAI, Viktor, or equivalent
• Python experience required
• Coding and scripting ability required
• Experience working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and integrations
• Strong problem-solving ability and systems thinking
• Ability to work independently and move quickly
• Strong communication and attention to detail

Compensation
$750 – $1250/month depending on experience and capability.
