Sales Development Representative
Confidential employer
About the role
You'll be the engine at the top of our sales pipeline. Your job is to find the companies that need us, reach the people who decide, and book qualified meetings for our business development lead to run. You don't close the deals; you make the deals possible, and you'll sit close enough to the closing to learn how enterprise sales is actually done.
Key responsibilities
- Build and research target lists across priority industries: banking, insurance, lending, and other enterprises drowning in customer conversations
- Run personalized outbound at volume: email , LinkedIn, and calls, crafted well enough that decision-makers actually reply
- Qualify interest through discovery conversations: understand their customer-service pain, and figure out whether we can solve it
- Book and confirm meetings for our business development lead, with a clean handover brief for every one
- Keep the CRM accurate and current: every prospect, every touch, every follow-up, no exceptions
- Follow up relentlessly and intelligently: most meetings are booked on the fifth touch, not the first
About you
- 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, appointment setting, business development, or telesales, in B2B, SaaS, BPO, lead-gen agency, or similar environments, or you can show outreach you've written and meetings you've booked
- You write clearly and persuasively in English: your email s get opened and answered, not deleted
Rejection doesn't dent you: you can take fifty silences and two rude replies before lunch and still send the fifty-first with care
- You manage yourself: you're organized, you hit your daily numbers without being chased, and working remotely makes you more productive, not less
- You're genuinely curious about AI, or at minimum excited to sell something you believe in
About us
The Philippines is the call center capital of the world, and that industry is about to be rebuilt as software. In the US, Sierra and Decagon are leading the rebuild at $15 billion and $4.5 billion valuations. Tenext, Filipino-owned, is turning that instinct into software. The proof: head to head, our agents beat products from incumbents who've raised 80x more than we have, on every KPI our clients measure. Every agent is AI. No floor, no headsets, no hold music. A bank's customer gets answered on the first ring, at 2am, on a holiday. Enterprise clients are in production today, more are closing this quarter, and we're closing our latest funding round to grow the team and move faster.
Benefits
- Uncapped incentives: a bonus for every qualified meeting held, plus a kicker on every deal that closes from your pipeline.
- Realistic first-year OTE of ?40,000-?55,000, with no ceiling for overperformers
- HMO coverage and full statutory benefits
- Fully remote, from anywhere in the Philippines
- A product you can be proud to pitch: enterprise clients in production, beating incumbents who've raised 80x more
- A front-row education in enterprise sales: you'll watch how deals with banks and insurers actually get done, and the path from here leads to account executive as we grow
