ABOUT US

SellPokemonNow buys Pokémon card collections across Florida, USA. We're the highest-rated Pokémon card buyer in our region (5.0 stars on Google, 120+ reviews) and growing fast. You'll work directly with the owner in a long-term role designed to grow in responsibility and pay.

THE ROLE

1) Seller communications (your main job)

Answer incoming calls and texts from people selling their Pokémon cards (English, US customers)
Qualify sellers using our script: what they have, condition, photos, timeline
Book qualified sellers onto the owner's calendar and follow up with leads until they book or close out
You will NEVER negotiate or quote purchase prices — the owner handles all offers

2) Card operations

Upload scanned cards into our inventory system and write condition notes
Research card values using eBay sold listings ("comping") and attach screenshot evidence
Set prices per our SOP, publish listings to our online store, and reprice cards when flagged
Moderate our city-based Poké ---------- Facebook groups: approve members and posts, remove spam and scam posts, enforce group rules
Occasional small admin tasks as the business grows

You'll be our first dedicated VA, trained directly by the owner through live walkthroughs and screen recordings. We have a documented pricing system; the rest of the playbook you'll help write as you learn it — a great fit if you like building, not just following instructions. Performance is measured on clear numbers (response speed, bookings, pricing accuracy), and more accuracy earns more autonomy and raises.

SCHEDULE

Monday–Friday, 6 hours/day during US Eastern business hours (30 hrs/week). This is night shift in Philippine time. Please apply only if you can genuinely work this schedule long-term. Calls are recorded for quality and training.

PAY & BENEFITS
$5–7 USD/hour depending on experience (TCG/comping experience earns the top of the range)
Paid weekly via Wise during the trial period, then twice monthly
Monthly performance bonus up to 15% of pay, based on your scorecard
13th month pay
Stable long-term role — this is not a short project

REQUIREMENTS
Excellent spoken AND written English — you will be on live phone calls with American sellers
Reliable main internet PLUS backup internet and backup power
Quiet workspace for taking calls
Strong attention to detail (our application process tests this)
Available for the US Eastern schedule above

Pokémon or TCG knowledge; experience comping/pricing cards or selling on eBay
GoHighLevel (GHL) experience

Facebook group moderation experience
