MEDSPA APPOINTMENT SETTER – U.S. MEDSPA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

+1 (365) ---------- We are hiring a full-time Appointment Setter for a MedSpa in the United States.

Previous experience working with a U.S.-based MedSpa is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities:

• Contact new leads by phone, text, and WhatsApp
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Book consultations and appointments
• Confirm upcoming appointments
• Follow up with missed calls and no-shows
• Reschedule canceled appointments
• Maintain and update leads in the CRM
• Communicate professionally with U.S. customers
• Help maximize the number of booked appointments

Requirements:

• MUST have previous Appointment Setter experience with a U.S. MedSpa
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Comfortable speaking with American customers
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Reliable computer or laptop
• Fast and stable internet connection
• Backup internet is REQUIRED
• Backup electricity/power is REQUIRED
• Must be punctual — late arrivals are not accepted
• Minimum 24-hour notice required for sickness or absence, except genuine emergencies
• One-year commitment required
• Must be serious, reliable, and looking for a long-term position
