Vendor Acquisition Specialist

Showbride is seeking a Vendor Acquisition Specialist for cold calls contacting wedding businesses across Virginia and northeastern North Carolina. Your only goal is to find and sell exhibitor booths for upcoming shows in September, November, January and March, and list their services on ---------- . You will be the initial contact and business that wants to advertise their wedding good and services, ranging from caterers and wedding cakes to ceremony/reception venues and videographers—helping them grow their brand by securing booth space at our events. Starting hours and salary is $2/hour to start with possible increase depending on your success. Starting hours depend on your availability to work during our business hours AND if and only if, you do not have another job (as our concern for your lack of sleep may affect performance), but potential for more hours to increase will be dependent of your capability. Lead generation and outreach within a 50 to 100-mile radius of Hampton, Virginia is important to know. 1. Strong communication skills with aggressive personality
2. Able to stay awake as late as 5pm EST essential (unless we agree to lesser hours)
3. You must have free cloud-based telephone service for voice over internet protocol (Example: Google Voice) as It is important to have a specific U.S. phone number with an area code of 757 or 804 that you can use to make and receive calls, send text messages, and manage voi cemail using an internet connection. Applications not having a free telephone service like Google Voice will not be considered.
