Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a hands-on Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow leads for an Australian-based business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Generate high-quality leads and continuously improve campaign performance
• Monitor and respond to new leads quickly
• Manage leads through CRM and maintain accurate pipeline stages
• Follow up leads via phone, WhatsApp, SMS and email
• Set up and manage lead nurturing and follow-up automation
• Track CPL, CPC, CTR, conversion rate and ROAS
• Build and optimise landing pages and lead forms
• Manage retargeting campaigns
• Prepare weekly lead generation and conversion reports
• Identify why leads are not converting and recommend improvements

Required Skills

• Strong practical experience with Google Ads
• Strong practical experience with Meta/Facebook Ads Manager
• Experience with CRM/lead management systems
• Good understanding of Google Analytics, GA4 and tracking
• Experience with automation tools such as GoHighLevel, Zapier or similar
• Strong communication and lead follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results

Preferred

Experience generating leads for dental, healthcare, childcare or other service-based businesses will be highly regarded.
