Kajabi + Marketing Virtual Assistant | Canva, Social Media & AI

I’m looking for a proactive, creative, highly organized Virtual Assistant to support my growing women’s wellness and coaching business, Rise & Radiate Wellness.

I’m a big-picture thinker and content creator looking for someone who loves turning ideas into polished, finished work. You’ll help me build and manage the systems, content, and marketing that bring those ideas to life.

What You’ll Help With
Build and manage pages, products, courses, email s, funnels, forms, and automations in Kajabi
Create polished, on-brand graphics, PDFs, presentations, lead magnets, and social content in Canva
Format, schedule, publish, and help manage content across Instagram, Facebook , TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Repurpose existing ideas, videos, and content across social media and email
Edit and format basic short-form video/Reels
Upload and organize course materials, client resources, and digital assets
Format email campaigns and nurture sequences
Test funnels, forms, links, automations, and customer journeys
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for research, organization, and content repurposing
Create simple SOPs and help improve systems as the business grows

You’re a Great Fit If You...
Have strong experience with Kajabi, Canva, and social media and can confidently work within established systems and brand guidelines.
You’re resourceful, reliable, organized, and detail-oriented. You don't simply wait for the next task—you notice what needs to happen, solve problems, and help move projects across the finish line.
You have a strong visual eye and understand how to maintain a consistent brand across platforms. Rise & Radiate is warm, grounded, feminine, natural, and elevated.
Experience supporting a coach, course creator, wellness brand, or online business is a plus.

This will begin as a part-time role with consistent weekly hours. I’m looking for someone interested in building a long-term working relationship and taking on greater ownership as the business grows.
