Position Overview

As a Billing Specialist, you’ll play an important role in maintaining accurate and timely client billing, tracking payments, and keeping financial records organized. You’ll be responsible for processing recurring payments, responding to billing-related client questions, and supporting internal teams by ensuring our billing processes remain accurate, efficient, and consistent.

Full training will be provided. Previous experience in billing, payments, or finance is a plus but not required.

Work Schedule

Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–6:00 PM CST

Includes a 1-hour paid lunch break
Compensation
$500/month during the 90-day training period
$600/month after successful completion of training
Performance-based annual reviews

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who is:

Strong in English communication, both verbal and written
Equipped with reliable, high-speed internet
Able to maintain a quiet and professional home workspace, as video calls are required
Highly detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy
Self-motivated and organized
Skilled in time management
A strong critical thinker and problem solver
Interested in a long-term career with the company
Preferred Skills

The following experience is helpful but not required:

Familiarity with billing, payment processing, or online invoicing platforms
Experience using Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Gmail
Knowledge of billing practices within the credit repair industry
Experience with Asana or other task management platforms
