POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced sales professional based in the Philippines to own our sales conversion process for the Columbus market. You'll manage incoming leads generated by our marketing and operations teams, conduct remote consultations (via phone/video), develop proposals, close deals, and drive customer retention.
Your core mission: Help improve our conversion rate from 10% to 15%+ while building relationships that drive customer retention and referrals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales Execution & Closing
Process and manage inbound leads from all marketing/operations channels (ads, website, referrals, yard signs, etc.).
Conduct consultative phone and video sessions to assess customer needs, property details, preferences, budget, and timeline.
Develop, present, and close customized quotes and high-ticket proposals professionally.
Overcome customer objections and handle contract execution seamlessly.
Ensure smooth post-sale handoffs to the field crew for installation.
Build trust and positive relationships with clients to generate recurring referral business.
2. Lead Management & Pipeline Follow-Up
Respond to all new inbound leads within 24 hours via email or phone.
Conduct systematic, persistent follow-ups on stalled or aging pipeline opportunities.
Efficiently qualify leads (ready-to-buy vs. future consideration).
Implement structured follow-up sequences to maximize pipeline visibility and deal velocity.
Maintain 100% accurate CRM records of all calls, email s, proposals, objections, and deal statuses.
3. Customer Retention & Revenue Growth
Lead seasonal renewal outreach to re-engage past clients and secure renewal contracts.
Target and pursue upsell opportunities (e.g., upgrading seasonal packages to permanent solutions, expanding to additional properties, adding premium services).
Build relationships focused on high lifetime customer value to hit a 75%+ renewal/rebooking rate.
4. Sales Process Improvement & Documentation
Map out the sales workflow to identify bottlenecks, friction points, and conversion barriers.
A/B test proposal formats, pricing structures, and objection-handling strategies.
Create and update standard proposal templates, scripts, and objection guides.
Continually refine approaches based on real-time customer conversations.
5. Feedback & Strategic Recommendations (Critical Duty)
Submit monthly written reports detailing key operational and sales findings:
Top objections and recurring pushback ("customers always ask about X").
Pricing feedback and sensitivity trends (e.g., "$1,500 seasonal closes at 40%; $2,000+ closes at 15%").
Actionable ideas to boost overall conversion rates from 10% to 15%+.
Patterns regarding messaging that sells vs. messaging that fails.
Partner directly with the CEO and Operations to test new pricing structures and sales messaging.
6. Reporting & Analytics
Deliver weekly pipeline updates (active leads, pending proposals, projected close dates).
Provide a comprehensive monthly sales report covering:
Total leads received and lead source breakdown.
Close rates (%), revenue generated by category, and month-over-month trends.
Average deal values, response times, and proposal-to-close conversion rates.
Renewal/rebooking progress against targets.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
3–5+ years in direct sales, high ticket conversion sales with demonstrated ability to close deals
B2C sales experience, Home services or B2B sales experience (HVAC, solar, landscaping, roofing, etc.)
Full sales cycle experience: Managing prospects from initial contact through closing
Strong communication skills: Ability to build rapport via phone and video; professional written English
Objection handling & negotiation: Comfort addressing customer concerns and finding solutions
CRM competency: Comfortable with CRM systems and detailed record-keeping
Follow-up & persistence: Ability to manage multiple opportunities at different stages
Self-directed: Works independently without day-to-day supervision; owns results
Fluent English: Written and spoken (required for US customer interactions)
Coachable: Willing to learn, embrace feedback, refine approach based on results
Analytical mindset: Ability to track metrics and identify improvement patterns
Reliable & professional: Consistent performance; professional communication with all customers
Virtual/remote sales experience: comfort with phone and video consultations
Experience improving sales processes: can identify and test improvements
Track record of high close rates: evidence of conversion ability (15%+)
Seasonal or recurring revenue experience: understanding of customer retention models
Customer relationship management focus: emphasis on long-term value over quick closes

ROLE EXPECTATIONS
1.Work Environment
Location: 100% Remote (Must work from home or anywhere in the Philippines).
Schedule: US Business Hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST / Columbus, OH time). Flexible schedule management within this window as long as lead responsiveness and customer meetings are maintained.
2.Employment Structure
Status: 1099 Independent Contractor (2 weeks' notice required by either party for termination).
Equipment: Contractor must supply their own reliable computer, phone, high-speed internet, and necessary work environment.
Benefits: None (No PTO, paid time off, health insurance, equipment allowance, or expense reimbursements).
3.Reporting Structure
Report directly to the CEO on sales strategy, pipeline, and conversion goals.
Coordinate with Operations to manage lead logistics, gather property data, and schedule installations seamlessly.
Proactively share feedback with Operations to streamline handoffs and improve the overall delivery process.
4.Compensation Model
Base Pay: Hourly rate commensurate with experience.
Commission: TBD upon hire.
Invoicing: Invoices submitted semi-monthly on the 1st and 15th of each month.
Payment Terms: Direct wire transfer or digital payment processed within 2–3 business days of invoice submission.
No other compensation: No expense reimbursement
