We’re looking for a highly experienced Legal Virtual Assistant / Personal Injury VA who can independently manage legal case responsibilities, client follow-ups, liens, and revenue-related tasks.

Position Details:

• Full-Time | Long-Term | Remote
• $6–$6.50/hour, based on experience
• Paid U.S. Holidays

Clinic Details:

• Specialty: Psychiatry Clinic
• EHR/EMR: PracticeSuite / Tebra

Key Responsibilities:

• Personal injury case management
• Workers’ compensation support
• Client and lien intake
• Lien negotiations and follow-ups
• Accounts receivable / revenue management
• Manage and follow up on active cases
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation
• Handle general legal administrative support

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• Extensive prior experience working with attorneys or Personal Injury practices
• Strong experience with Personal Injury case management
• Experience supporting Workers’ Compensation cases
• Knowledge of client intake, liens, and lien negotiations
• Experience with accounts receivable and revenue management
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Must be able to manage responsibilities independently with minimal supervision
• We are looking for someone capable of taking ownership of cases—not someone limited to basic back-office support
