About AI Marketing School

AI Marketing School is a growing community for service-based business owners who want to use AI to build stronger brands, land more clients, and run smarter marketing. We're built on Skool, and we're serious about making this one of the most engaged, best-run communities on the platform.

The Role

We're looking for a Community Manager who knows Skool inside and out, including what it actually takes to win the Skool Games. This isn't a "figure it out as you go" role. We want someone who has already done this well somewhere else and can help us get there.

You'll own the day-to-day life of the community: keeping engagement high, running our Skool Games strategy with intention, and making sure members feel seen, supported, and excited to show up.

What You'll Do
Design and run our Skool Games strategy, including point structures, challenges, leaderboard pushes, and member motivation tactics that actually drive participation
Monitor and respond to posts, comments, and DMs to keep the community warm and active
Welcome new members and guide them toward their first win inside the space
Spot and nurture rising engaged members who could become community leaders or ambassadors
Track engagement trends and flag what's working, what's stalling, and where members are going quiet
Coordinate with our team on content timing, live class promotion, and community-wide announcements
Help shape ongoing community programming so it stays fresh and worth showing up for
What You Bring
Proven, specific experience with the Skool Games, including a track record of helping a community place well or win
A real understanding of what drives member engagement on Skool specifically, not just community management in general
Warm, clear communication. You know how to make people feel welcomed without sounding scripted
Organized and consistent. You don't let a community go quiet because nobody was watching it
Comfortable working independently and bringing ideas, not just waiting for instructions

Nice to Have
Experience inside communities for coaches, consultants, or service-based business owners
Familiarity with tools like Kit, ManyChat, or ----------
A track record of growing community membership numbers, not just maintaining them

How to Apply

Create a Loom and send a video that includes a bit about you

A short note on your experience with the Skool Games, including any results you can point to
A link to a Skool community you've managed or grown, if you're able to share one
Your availability and rate expectations

We're excited to meet the person who already knows how to make a Skool community come alive.
