Full-Time AI YouTube Virtual Assistant — $400/Month

We are looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant to join our YouTube team long-term.

Pay: $400/month
Hours: 40–45 hours/week

Your work will include:

• Using ChatGPT and other AI tools
• Helping create YouTube scripts
• Creating thumbnails
• AI image and video generation
• Research and other YouTube tasks

We provide training, prompts, and clear systems. The most important things are being reliable, learning quickly, and following instructions.

Experience with AI tools or YouTube automation is preferred.

1. Determine what YouTube niche this video belongs to.
2. Find 2–3 successful YouTube channels in that niche.
3. Find successful thumbnails from those channels and use them as references.
4. Create ONE thumbnail for our video based on your research.

You may use ChatGPT or other AI tools to help create images, but do not generate the entire finished thumbnail with AI.

The final thumbnail must be manually designed in Canva, Photoshop, or another image editor, including the text.

We do not want a random AI-generated thumbnail. We want to see if you can research what already works on YouTube and apply it yourself.
