Software Developer

I am hiring a remote Software Developer to help maintain and improve our internal software platforms.

My business works in the residential solar financing and tax equity space, and we rely on custom internal systems to support our daily operations. This is an internal development role, not a client-facing role.

This role is open to South America-based candidates only because we need strong timezone alignment with our team.

You will work from assigned Asana tickets and help build new features, fix bugs, update existing code, review AI-generated code before using it, follow version control standards, document your work, communicate blockers early, and submit clean work for QA review before anything is deployed.

Required Experience
Professional software development experience
Experience working on production software
Experience using ticketing tools like Asana, Jira, Linear, or ClickUp
Experience with version control
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
Able to review and verify AI-generated code
Able to write clear technical documentation
Strong English communication
Must be based in South America

Experience working with U.S.-based remote teams
