Launch and operate our local partner network in 30–90 days by securing signed partnership agreements, booking facilities, coordinating public service clinics, and standing up the first training cohorts—while keeping the program strictly non-political, people-first, and privacy-safe.
Core Outcomes (what success looks like)
Partnerships signed: At least five priority partners in the first 60 days (county or city human services office, workforce board, community college or adult education provider, community health clinic, community organization such as a YMCA).
Compliance ready: Data use and privacy agreements executed; facility use agreements executed; zero mishandling of personal information.
Operational launch: Evening and weekend clinic calendar published; rooms and equipment confirmed; staff roster and duty schedule in place.
Throughput: Weekly clinics and navigator caseload targets met; problem cases escalated and resolved quickly.
Stakeholder trust: Positive written feedback from partner leads; no political messaging incidents.
Reporting: On-time weekly and monthly reports covering timeliness, re-application rates, exemption handling, calls resolved without transfer, class enrollments, certifications, job interviews, and placements.
Key Duties
Partner origination and management
Identify, pitch, and secure partners: workforce board, community college or adult education provider, community health clinic, county or city human services, community organizations with evening space (for example, YMCA, libraries, faith venues).
Draft and route partnership agreements and facility use agreements; coordinate signatures and renewals.
Schedule joint planning calls, site walk-throughs, and monthly quality huddles.
Clinic and class operations
Publish a 90-day schedule for public service clinics (document preparation, benefit renewal support, and exemption screening) and training sessions (for example, safety courses and solar assembly fundamentals).
Book evening and weekend rooms; arrange equipment, internet access, and sign-in procedures.
Staff each session; run check-in, privacy consent, and follow-up procedures; ensure respectful, non-political service delivery.
Privacy, data, and quality
Implement consent forms, data minimization, and safe storage rules; maintain a clear list of who can see what data and why.
Keep separate any health-related notes from public benefit case notes; escalate any risk or crisis per protocol.
Produce weekly and monthly reports; track issues and corrective actions.
Required Experience and Skills
Proven record building partnerships with government, colleges, health clinics, or community organizations.
Experience launching multi-site community programs on short timelines, including nights and weekends.
Comfortable routing and closing simple legal documents: partnership agreements, data use and privacy agreements, facility agreements.
Strong written and spoken English; another local language is a plus.
Calm, non-political communication style; excellent judgment about privacy and consent.
Competent with online scheduling, spreadsheets, video meetings, and a client tracking system.
