E-commerce & Social Media Virtual Assistant – Part-Time Remote

We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive E-commerce & Social Media Virtual Assistant to support a growing wholesale and retail clothing business.

This role primarily focuses on social media management and digital marketing, while also supporting Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, customer service, and general administrative tasks.

• Manage and maintain the company's social media presence
• Create engaging and visually appealing social media content
• Develop content calendars and schedule regular posts
• Research fashion, retail, competitor, and social media trends
• Respond to comments and messages when needed
• Support social media growth and brand awareness
• Coordinate with the business owner and content creators
• Assist with basic SEO and digital marketing activities
• Manage and update product listings on Amazon and Walmart
• Optimize product listings, images, pricing, and product information
• Monitor inventory and listing accuracy
• Support marketplace campaigns and promotional activities
• Coordinate product information between Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart
• Respond to customer inquiries and email s professionally
• Assist with wholesale customer communication and follow-ups
• Track customer concerns and ensure proper follow-up
• Assist with general administrative and operational tasks

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, E-commerce Assistant, or Digital Marketing Assistant
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms
• Experience creating and scheduling social media content
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Creative mindset with a good eye for visually appealing content
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes

Highly Preferred:

• Amazon Seller Central experience
• Walmart Marketplace experience
• Shopify experience
• Basic SEO and digital marketing knowledge
• Canva or similar graphic design experience
• Fashion, retail, apparel, or consumer products experience
• Customer service and email management experience
• Inventory management and product listing optimization experience
