AI Automation & Integration Specialist

We’re looking for a highly capable AI Automation & Integration Specialist to work across our growing businesses and help us integrate AI properly into the way we operate.

This isn't a basic virtual assistant role. We’re looking for someone technical, resourceful and genuinely excited about AI who can identify opportunities, build solutions and make our team more efficient.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll work directly with our team to:

Build custom AI agents for different areas of the business
Automate repetitive and manual workflows
Connect AI with the platforms and systems we already use
Build workflows using tools such as OpenAI, Claude, Zapier, Make, APIs and webhooks
Create internal AI tools for operations, marketing, recruitment, customer service and administration
Integrate different software platforms so information moves automatically between them
Build AI-powered reporting, data processing and internal knowledge systems
Improve existing workflows and replace unnecessary manual processes
Research and test new AI tools that could benefit the business
Troubleshoot, maintain and continuously improve the systems you build

We don't just want someone who waits for instructions. We want someone who can look at how we currently do something and say, “I can automate that.”

YOU SHOULD HAVE
Strong practical experience building AI automations and workflows
Experience with LLMs such as OpenAI and Claude
Experience building AI agents or multi-step AI workflows
Strong experience with Zapier, Make or similar automation platforms
Confidence working with APIs, webhooks and system integrations
Ability to understand business processes and turn them into working technical solutions
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with a non-technical team

Experience with Shopify, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, CRM/booking platforms, databases or custom internal tools would be a major advantage.

THE ROLE

You'll work closely with the business owners and team. Some projects will start with a very simple brief like:

“We currently do this manually. Can AI do it for us?”

Your job will be to work out the best solution, build it, test it and integrate it into the business.

There is a lot of scope to build. We're looking for someone who wants to become the person responsible for AI and automation across the business, rather than simply completing isolated projects.
