HIRING Full-Time Video Editor for Supplement Brand

Video Editor — Direct Response & AI Creatives (Remote)

After doing $1M+ in the Dutch and Belgian market, we're launching a new brand — this time in English. Every ad we run is backed by data and built to convert.

We're looking for an editor who thinks like a marketer. Someone who wants to grow, push limits, and produce winning ads at scale.

The Role

You'll consistently deliver high-performing Meta video ads (30–120s). Long-term, fully remote, and part of a team that ships volume.

What You'll Do
Edit high-converting ads for Meta and Google (30–120s)
Apply strong hooks, tight pacing, captions, and transitions
Work with UGC, b-roll, and AI-generated content (HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Nano Banana, VEO3)
Test UGC-style videos, TikTok-style ads, AI visuals, and VSLs
Read performance data and iterate fast against KPIs (hook rate, hold rate, CVR)
Work closely with the Creative Manager and other editors to push volume
Source raw footage and voiceovers to bring concepts to life
Experiment with new formats, trends, and storytelling angles
Requirements

Hands-on experience with all of the following:

HeyGen, AI creatives, and AI avatar videos
VSLs
High-engagement b-roll using Kling, Seedance, or Google AI
Performance-driven Meta ads (UGC / direct response)
A portfolio of short-form direct response work that actually ran

You should also bring a strong creative eye, the capacity to deliver 15 ad concepts per week, a grasp of marketing psychology and consumer behaviour, and the hunger to test, fail, and iterate fast.
