AI Focused Video Editor

$750 USD/month + Commission | Full-Time | Long-Term

We’re a growing e-commerce company expanding into the U.S. market, and we’re looking for an AI-focused Video Editor to create high-performing content for our brands.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for creating attention-grabbing short-form video content using a combination of traditional editing and AI tools.
This is a great fit for someone who is creative, fast, self-directed, and constantly looking for better ways to produce content.

What We’re Looking For
Proven video editing experience, preferably with short-form/social media content
Ability to create content that hooks attention and keeps viewers watching
Comfortable learning and adopting new AI tools and workflows
Excellent time management and ability to consistently meet deadlines
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
Important: We’re not looking for someone who has simply experimented with AI video generation. We want someone who is genuinely skilled, actively uses AI as part of their creative workflow, and continuously works to improve.

Responsibilities
Create short-form video ads and marketing content
Use AI tools to improve and accelerate the creative process
Edit footage, AI-generated content, UGC, and other creative assets
Develop strong hooks, pacing, and visual storytelling
Test different creative concepts and formats
Stay up to date with emerging AI video tools and trends
Work with the marketing team to produce content aligned with campaign goals

Hours: 40 hours/week
Compensation: $750 USD/month + commission
Location: Remote — Philippines
