Remote chat sales operator

Your Responsibilities:
-Respond to messages from users on behalf of our clients
-Maintain a friendly, on-brand tone across conversations
-Support sales and engagement goals through conversation
-Track basic performance metrics and report to the team
-Work closely with the management team

What We're Looking For:
-Excellent written English (near-native level)
-Fast, accurate typing skills
-Good communication skills
-Sales experience is a plus
-Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings/weekends
-Willingness to grow with the team
-Reliable internet connection and own device
