Social Media Recruiter / Influencer Outreach Specialist (Israel Market)

Recruit content creators for Israeli businesses through high-volume cold outreach on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook , and other social media platforms using prepared scripts.
Responsibilities include:
Contacting potential content creators through cold outreach.
Following up consistently with prospective creators.
Handling responses and maintaining clear communication.
Managing recruitment pipelines.
Updating the CRM accurately and regularly.
Requirements:
Experience using social media platforms.
Good written English.
Basic technical skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Persistence and willingness to follow up consistently.
A proactive, results-driven mindset.
This is a high-volume outreach role. You should be comfortable contacting many people, handling objections, and following up consistently to achieve recruitment goals.
