ABOUT LEAVEN
Leaven is a small, high-trust Amazon agency, core team in the Philippines, founder in Europe, clients mostly in the US. We manage five clients whose reporting still runs on manual downloads and ad-hoc AI prompts, four different ways, with no shared numbers. We need one person to build and maintain a centralized per-client data system (ads, sales, inventory, search query performance) so reporting compounds instead of restarting every month.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

System Standard & Architecture

• Define and document one build standard for the per-client data system, with real authority to reject tools or approaches that don't fit it
• Design the architecture connecting Seller Central, Amazon Ads, and Brand Analytics data into a single per-client source of truth
• Own the technical roadmap for the dashboard build across all five clients

Amazon Data Access & Integration

• Remediate Leaven's Selling Partner API developer access rejection (network and device security controls) as the first deliverable
• Establish direct, non-manual data feeds for ads, sales, inventory, and search query performance per client
• Navigate Selling Partner API, Advertising API, and Brand Analytics access and scope decisions

Dashboard Build & Maintenance

• Build and ship the per-client performance dashboard, starting with one client and extending to all five
• Keep the system running and consistent as new clients are added, this is not a build-and-leave engagement
• Tier the existing alert pipeline (listing monitor to Zapier to ClickUp) so urgent and trivial alerts are distinguishable

Internal Systems & Founder Handoff

• Revise the existing internal Claude Project and skill-file build, currently scoped directionally by a non-engineer founder, into an engineer-maintained system
• Take technical decisions off the founder's plate instead of routing them back for approval

WHO WE NEED
-Catches their own errors before shipping. Fast and confident is not enough if it's wrong
-Takes ownership of decisions instead of routing them back for approval
-Says "I don't know, I'd need to check" without discomfort, and is honest about what they've built versus read about
-Pushes back on scope instead of agreeing to everything offered
-Has hands-on Selling Partner API and/or Advertising API integration work they've actually shipped, not just read the docs
-Has built and maintained systems other people depended on daily, and uses LLM tools as working tools, not a subject of enthusiasm
-Bonus: prior Amazon developer application experience, agency or multi-client background, experience remediating access rejections tied to security controls.

Not a fit if:
-you need detailed direction to move, you're more excited about AI as a topic than as a tool, or you've only shipped solo greenfield work with no ongoing maintenance responsibility.
