About Us
In Flow Marketing is a Klaviyo email marketing agency working with 30+ product-based ecommerce brands at once. We're a close-knit team of 10 (mix of Australia and Philippines) and we're expanding our design team. This is NOT a beginner-friendly role, we need someone who already has a sharp eye for design and can hit the ground running.

The Roles
We're hiring for both, tell us which one(s) you're applying for

>Template Designer/Creator: you design brand-new, on-brand Canva email templates from scratch for each new client, working from brand guidelines and briefs.
>Production Designer (template-follower): you take our existing Canva templates and adapt/populate them accurately for ongoing campaigns across multiple brands. Speed, consistency and precision are everything here.

Must-haves
Expert-level Canva. We do NOT use Figma, ever. Please don't apply if Canva isn't your main tool.
A genuinely strong eye for design, layout, colour and detail.
Comfortable juggling a high volume of different brands at once, we currently have 30 on board and growing.
NOT a beginner. We need someone who needs minimal hand-holding and delivers epic results, first time.
Reliable, fast turnaround, and takes feedback well.

Hours & Pay

Paid per hour worked.
Minimum 20 hours/week, up to 40 hours/week depending on workload.
Production Designer: $8–12 AUD/hour
Template Designer/Creator: $10–15 AUD/hour
Exact rate depends on the skill level shown in your trial and interview.

Non-negotiable- availability
You must be available to work full-time (up to 40hrs/week) from mid-October to mid-December, covering our Black Friday / Cyber Monday peak. Please don't apply if you can't commit to this window.

Trial Step 2 - build that mock-up out inside a real Klaviyo account, paid at $20 AUD per email built
Interview
30-day probation period
