Experienced Credit Dispute Processor (CRC & CFPB Specialist)

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Credit Dispute Processor to join our team. This is a critical role that requires precision, accountability, and deep knowledge of credit repair processes.
Our goal is simple: deliver accurate, compliant, and effective results for every client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process client dispute files from start to finish
- Ensure all disputes are properly submitted and documented
- Maintain accurate client records and notes
- Monitor dispute progress and follow up on responses
- Handle escalations when necessary
- Ensure every file meets strict quality control standards
- Required Experience & Skills
- Credit Repair Cloud (CRC)
- Strong, hands-on experience with CRC
- Ability to onboard clients correctly
- Deep understanding of dispute rounds and workflows
- Maintain organized and updated records
- Credit Report Analysis
Must be able to:
- Analyze reports from all three bureaus
- Identify inaccurate, obsolete, duplicate, or fraudulent items
- Recognize collections, charge-offs, repossessions, bankruptcies, inquiries, late payments, and public records
- Develop dispute strategies based on each client’s report
- Credit Bureau Disputes
- Submit disputes to Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion
- Upload supporting documents properly
- Track confirmations, deadlines, and responses
- Know when and how to escalate disputes
- CFPB Complaint Experience (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Prepare and submit professional CFPB complaints
- Write strong, factual complaint narratives
- Upload supporting evidence
- Monitor complaint status and respond to bureau replies
- Escalate cases when needed
- Investigation & Documentation
- Review identity theft documents
- Process FTC Identity Theft reports
- Analyze police reports and supporting evidence
- Verify account ownership
- Keep all documentation organized and complete
- Compliance Knowledge
- Understanding of CROA, FCRA, and FDCPA
- Familiarity with Metro 2 reporting
- Knowledge of proper dispute and documentation practices
- Technology Requirements
Experience with:
- Credit Repair Cloud
- CFPB Portal
- LetterStream (preferred)
- IdentityIQ or similar platforms
- Google Drive, Docs, Sheets
- PDF editing tools
- Microsoft Office

- We are NOT looking for someone who is still learning
- We need someone who can perform this role at a high level immediately
- We value accuracy over speed and quality over quantity
- We would rather hire one exceptional processor than several average ones
