Customer Services - Recruitment/HR - Full Training Provided

You like to be productive and looking for the opportunity to fast track your HR career.

You’ve already proven you can get results. You regularly meet and exceed quotas in previous businesses.

You’ve worked in some sort of phone-based customer service or sales role, communicating to English speaking customers.

We’ll give you full training to become established in all your functions and responsibilities.

Once established, the product of your role is to have clients’ who are established, re-newing and getting great results on their hiring projects because of their great implementation of Performia tools in-house.

Performia is a Swedish company with offices in 27 countries. You will be working for the Australian business, helping Australian business owners build teams that produce results.

At Performia, we train owners to hire productive people and then embed our proven system into their business so hiring is no longer hit and miss, and hiring productive people who are great to work with and self-managing becomes the status quo. We work with the clients through regular one-on-one meetings and calls, giving them as much support as they need, whenever they need it. The result is a more rewarding business and a team they love — productive, fun, and safe.

You will go through the exact same training as our clients so you can deliver our hiring services plus support our clients who have our system inside their business.

You’ll help across 5-10 hiring projects at a time; handling everything from creating the role description, writing ads the Performia way, screening and reference checks, plus supporting around 10 clients in correctly implementing our system in their business and quality checking their hiring process.

The role will be busy and challenging. There will be a lot to learn.

We are investing heavily in our marketing and growth, and more growth requires a great delivery team ready to onboard, establish and support our clients to win.

This is a WFH position, typically Monday - Friday, working full time between the hours of 8 am - 6 pm Melbourne timezone.
